The Surfboard Studio - UV Quick Cure POLYESTER Filler Resin Repair Kit

This product is a quick UV Filler resin for repairs on polyester surfboards. UV Quick Cure - Polyester Filler Resin has no Fibrefill in it. It is designed to use with the 4oz woven fibreglass provided for strength over holes or cracks which should first be filled with our UV Quick Cure - CABO-FILL Polyester Resin.

CONTENTS:

• 100ml UV Cure Polyester Filler Resin
• 5 x Wooden Applicators
• 1 x Transparent Film Sheet
• 1 x  Squeegee
• 1 x paint brush
• 4 Oz Fibreglass Cloth 27" x 12"
• Dry Sandpaper #80, #120, #240
• Wet & Dry Sandpaper #800 #1200

DIRECTIONS:

• Clean and sand the repair area before applying cloth for a strong bond.
• For easier sanding and faster curing, cover the resin with the sheet of transparent film provided, use squeegee to flatten it down and shape to the contour of the board.
• Expose the repaired area to full sunlight for 5-10 minutes.
• Sand around the cloth area until flat then paint a coat of UV filler resin on top and cure under sun, then sand flat working up with the grades of sandpaper provided.

• Please note that this product is not suitable for use on epoxy boards.
