Returns & Refunds Policy
For Change-of-Mind returns, refunds and exchanges: You have 14 days from date of purchase/dispatch to make contact with The Surfboard Studio to advise that you will be returning your unopened, unused, items for a full refund or exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Change of Mind return or exchange’ and your order number in the subject line. Postage on non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer (change of mind, wrong size or colour chosen). Customers may return or exchange original purchase in person at The Surfboard Studio in Preston (proof of purchase required). Returned goods must be in its original condition and all the original packaging and tags must be intact. Shipping and handling costs incurred with original purchase are not refundable, and re-posting costs will be charged to the purchaser.
For faulty or damaged stock returns: You have 14 days to make contact with TSS by email at email@example.com, with ‘Faulty or damaged stock return’ and your order number in the subject line, to advise that you intend to return a faulty unopened item for a full refund or exchange. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of re-posting the item to you.
For incorrect or missing items: You must report the incorrect or missing item to The Surfboard Studio within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Incorrect or missing item’ and your order number in the subject line. If item(s) received is (are) not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. The Surfboard Studio owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error. We will cover the cost of returning the item for exchange, and re-posting the correct item to you.
Depending on stock availability, it may take up to 14 days for refunds on returns from the date of receiving the customers return parcel. All customers will be notified via email when returns or refunds take place.
